Custom domain error
If you are having trouble getting your Custom Domain set up, these are the most common errors which can cause issues:
1. Your CNAME Record is not pointing to domains.bcast.fm.
2. When you are configuring a CNAME record, you will need to change it to your provider where you bought it. Please ensure you are entering domains.bcast.fm., exactly as shown.
Correct format: domains.bcast.fm.
3. You have not saved the Custom Domain or set it "Live" on bCast
After you create your Custom Domain, you will need to go back to your bCast account and enter the Custom Domain to have it registered. This can be done by going to your Podcast > Website > Settings.
